Problems activating your ZappySys license renewal?

Using ZappySys PowerPack products and ran into a question or error? Here are some quick troubleshooting tips to help you solve common issues fast.

If you’re having trouble activating your license after renewal, check the following:

  1. Verify Payment Status
    Make sure the renewal payment was completed. If you experience issues, contact the ZappySys Sales Team.

  2. Check the License Manager
    For manually paid users, open the License Manager. If you entered a valid order number during renewal, a new license entry should appear, and the old one will expire automatically (requires internet access on the machine).

  3. Using an Offline License?
    Look for a new license key in your inbox. If you haven’t received it, contact ZappySys Support via live chat. Make sure you are checking for the correct machine name.
