If you’re having trouble activating your license after renewal, check the following:

Verify Payment Status
Make sure the renewal payment was completed. If you experience issues, contact the ZappySys Sales Team. -
Check the License Manager
For manually paid users, open the License Manager. If you entered a valid order number during renewal, a new license entry should appear, and the old one will expire automatically (requires internet access on the machine). -
Using an Offline License?
Look for a new license key in your inbox. If you haven’t received it, contact ZappySys Support via live chat. Make sure you are checking for the correct machine name.
