For Support:
- You will need OrderNumber
For Download Full Version:
- You will need OrderNumber and License Key –OR– Machine Hash

How to find Order Number
To find the order number, you can look at the license manager or check the next section (see from the purchase email)
To find the order number, follow these steps on the license manager screen.

Go to the machine where ZappySys is registered (Usually it’s on the Server if the SSIS PowerPack product, for other products, search where it’s registered)

Search for “License“ in the Start menu.

Double-click on the License entry, and find the order number below.
How to find Machine Hash (Useful for Download)
To find the Machine Hashcode, you can locate the License manager using the same steps from the previous section and copy the machine hash from the field below.
How to find the License Key
To find the license key (or other information e.g. order number), locate the recent purchase email from ZappySys or contact the person who placed the order. The email should contain the license key, which appears as follows.
