Cannot create a task from XML from task ZA logging Task

I added a Logging task to debug a new server setup in Azure. Running VS 2019 on Windows 11 and deploying to Win 2022, SQL 2022 in Azure. Got this error: Cannot create a task from XML from task ZA logging Task type ZappySys.LoggingTask due to error 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect. What are next steps?
